Radka Křížová has been working in healthcare her entire professional life. She started off as a nurse in intensive care. She has spent the last twenty years working in pharmacy. She started as a pharmaceutical rep with over-the-counter products. Through developments in her professional career, she has worked with a portfolio of prescription drugs. She then moved up to management, as a sales director and key account manager for hospitals, where she focused on promoting portfolio drugs, tenders and e-auctions. She was actively involved in organizing seminars, educational events and presenting to the professional public, including physicians, pharmacists and nurses.
She has worked as an Area Sales Manager and Project Manager for the past 7 years.
She is currently focusing on outsourcing customized projects for pharmaceutical companies. She manages, coaches and trains teams of pharmaceutical and medical reps in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, she helps pharmaceutical companies increase their sales, launch new products onto the market, create business strategies and business plans and guarantees that these strategies and plans are fulfilled with the help of teams of experienced reps.
